Saddle Trial Policy
As of January 1, 2016, Shedrick English Saddlery has instituted a new policy regarding saddles taken on trial. Any saddle that is left with or shipped to a client for trial will be paid for at the current asking price prior to the start of the 7 day trial period. The trial period starts on receipt of the saddle.
Payment may be made in the form of a check, Paypal, MC, Visa, American Express or Discover card. At the conclusion of the 7 day trial period, the client is to email [email protected] and inform us of the decision to either purchase the saddle or return it.
If returning, the client is responsible for all shipping costs. Proof of return shipping must be received in our office within 3 business days. If the pre-payment was received by check, the client will be sent a refund in that form. If Paypal or credit card was used, a credit refund will be issued. The client is to return the saddle in the same condition as when it was received by them for trial.
